RETURNS

No returns of any type will be accepted by SEEKPLC if not agreed.

In order to withdraw from the contract, The User shall contact the Holder at the email address wilwin@wilwin-ic.com.

The User will receive instruction on how to return the Product. In case of withdrawal, the Holder will reimburse the payments received by the User, as well as the delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the withdrawal notice by the User.

The Holder shall refund the User through the same payment method used by the latter for the online purchase. The User shall return the Products through a shipping carrier of its own choice and at its own expense, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the withdrawal notice sent to the Holder.

The User is responsible for the integrity of the Product as long as the good is in his possession and shall take all the appropriate measures to preserve the product and do as much as possible to ensure that the product is returned at its best possible conditions, including the undamaged original packaging, instruction manuals, accessories and any separate item and other component.

The Product must not have been handled in ways which are not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. The Holder will not take into consideration requests for Product return in case the Product returned is malfunctioning due to misuse, negligence, damage or physical alterations, either aesthetic or superficial, tampering or improper maintenance or wear and tear.

1 Year Warranty for all products

SEEKPLC warrants that the Products are free from any fault and/or manufacturing defects for the period of 3 (three) months from the date of delivery for the reconditioned Products and of 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery for the new Products, provided that such warranty is compatible with the warranty offered by the manufacturer (“Warranty”). The Warranty does not cover the defects caused in whole or in part by the transport, by misuse or improper assembly or inadequate preservation or maintenance of the Products and degradation/wear and tear caused by the use. At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to verify the conformity of the Product to the Order.

SEEKPLC UNDERTAKES TO REPLACE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NOT INTACT OR NOT IN CONFORMITY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PRODUCTS ASCERTAINED AS DEFECTIVE AND COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.

Returns shall not be accepted unless previously authorized in writing by SEEKPLC that shall send the relevant RMA code (Return Material Authorization); upon receipt, SEEKPLC examines returns in order to verify whether the Product is the one originally shipped, whether the alleged defect exists and whether it is attributable to its own responsibility and covered by the Warranty and, only if there conditions are met, SEEKPLC shall replace the defective Products.

The Warranty is the sole warranty provided by SEEKPLC and supersedes any other warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, except as provided below for the Consumer.

The claim relating to faults, defects and/or lack of conformity of the Products must be sent to SEEKPLC in writing, by email (wilwin@wilwin-ic.com), failing which the Customer shall lose all rights to bring any claim in relation thereto, (i) within 5 (five) days from the delivery date in the event of non-compliance in the Product or patent defects and (ii) within 8 (eight) days from the discovery thereof in the case of hidden defects.
